Green Tea & Nettle

Green tea and nettle kombucha is packed with vitamins and salutary properties.

Green tea contains antioxidants that reduce oxidative stress and help the immune system to combat eventual allergens. Nettle is one of the most common remedies applied for treatment of allergies, it is particularly efficient if the symptoms manifest themselves in the respiratory system (asthma, oedema of the pharyngonasal cavity, etc.), and skin diseases (eczema, hives, rash).

Minimum sugar content. This drink is useful for residents of large cities, where the environment is stressful and in situations where a clear and bright mind is necessary in the hustle and bustle.

Ingredients: spring water from the Pilsen region, organic cane sugar, organic green tea, organic nettle, kombucha (Medusomyces gisevi). Made in the EU. NO ALLERGENS. No preservatives, no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners.

RECIPE CIVU KOMBUCHA

Cocktail with pomegranate syrup, prosecco and a scoop of vanilla ice cream

Virgin: replace prosecco with soda or just syrup + ice cream + kombucha.

  • 250 ml kombucha nettle + green tea
  • 250 ml prosecco
  • 60 ml pomegranate syrup*
  • vanilla ice cream
  • a little cinnamon to do
  • if you don’t want to cook syrup*, replace it with pomegranate, gingerbread or winter spice syrup.

Preparation

In a separate bowl, gently mix the kombucha and prosecco. Pour 60 ml of syrup into a glass. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour over with a mixture of sparkling wine and prosecco. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

*Syrup

  • 500 ml pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon Demerara sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks • 6 boxes of cardamom
  • a little orange peel
  • 1 cm ginger root (peeled)

Preparation: mix everything in a gravy boat and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes (until sugar dissolves). Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain and cool.
